    Yes, our chefs can provide for food allergies and dietary requirements. Vegan, vegeterian, and gluten-free options are available upon request.
  • How many guests will be on the retreat?
    There will be a maximum of 15 guests or less per retreat. All ages and fitness levels welcome!
  • What is included in the retreat package?
    Every retreat is different, we suggest you visit our current retreat page to discover our offerings and what is included.
  • What's not included in the retreat package?
    Flights, travel and medical insurance, additional extras such as additional health and beauty treatments, private 1:1 sessions with our team members, farewell dinner in the restaurant.
  • Is transportation provided to and from the retreat?
    Yes, we offer complimentary airport transport from Alicante & Valencia airport to ensure a seamless journey.
  • Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
    All primary activities and meals are included. Extra costs may include additional spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, and personal expenses.
  • Will drinks be provided at the retreats?
    Yes, water, herbal teas and coffee will be available during your stay.
  • What payment methods are accepted?
    We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and online payments.
  • Will I have any free time?
    Yes, you will have time to relax, rejuvenate and enjoy 'me time'. You are welcome to book any of our treatments or simply enjoy all amenities of the villa, such as the swimming pool, jacuzzi, cabanas, indoor and outdoor relaxation areas, tennis court, pool table, table tennis (to name a few).
  • Do I have to participate in all activities?
    No, it's not compulsory to participate in all activities. However, we highly reccomend doing so to benefit from the full experience. All our workouts and yoga sessions are designed to benefit your health, fitness and wellbeing.
  • Do you have a laundry service?
    We don't offer a laundry service, but we have laundry facilities available onsite for guests to use.
  • Is there Wi-Fi available?
    Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the retreat.
