TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions of use carefully before you access or use our website at www.goldenparadiseluxuryretreats.com.  By using our website, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to comply with them. We recommend that you print a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

In regards to these Term and Conditions, from this point forward, Guest will be known as "guest", "guests", "guest's", "you", "your", "themselves", "they".

Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats will be known as "Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats", "we", "us".

 

Booking

​

1.1: Your space on Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats is secured and reserved by you paying a 25% deposit of the retreat's full price for your chosen booking dates.

1.2: Your space on Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats is also secured and reserved by you paying the full price for your chosen booking dates.

1.3: Payments can be made using Visa Debit, MasterCard and/or Maestro. The price of your chosen retreat shall be as advertised at time of payment and must be paid in full before the commencement of the retreat you are attending, except where explicitly stated.

1.4: Guests can only pay a deposit if there is more than 8 weeks remaining between the time of the deposit payment and guest's scheduled arrival date to the retreat.

1.5: If you decide to pay a deposit for your chosen booking dates, you must pay the full remaining price balance no later than 8 weeks before the day you are due to arrive, unless advised otherwise by us.

1.6: Payments can be made by guests as a single one off payment or in as many installments as guests chooses.

1.7: By booking and paying for our retreats, you confirm that you have permission to use the Visa Debit, MasterCard and/or Maestro you are using as payment for the retreat fees, and you take full responsibility for payment.

1.8: If remaining balance is not paid before 8 weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date, you may lose your space and it may be given to someone else.  

1.9: No contract between you and Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats will come into existence until we accept your booking and we receive your deposit or full payment in cleared funds and issue you with a confirmation invoice. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Under extreme circumstances and only at the discretion of Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats, we may offer you the option to transfer your retreat to a later date, subject to any price increases.

2.0: If, by the discretion of Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats, we decide to transfer your booking to a later date, in order to secure your new booking, guest must email us with their request to transfer their booking to a later date and the balance must be paid in full immediately. Only one transfer is permitted, and any monies paid will not be refunded.

2.1: Last minute bookings (bookings made less than 8 weeks before scheduled arival date) must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2.2: Guests confirm that by booking and paying for our retreats, they are 18 years of age or older at the time of making the booking and paying the fees.

2.3: Guest warrants that all documents and information supplied to us are true, authentic, and correct.

2.4: Where guest has supplied us with incorrect, fraudulent, or misleading information, the guest will automatically be withdrawn from the class and will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.

2.5: We reserve the right to withdraw special offers at any time unless we have confirmed your booking. By reserving your place in our retreat, you fully accept our Terms and Conditions.

 

 

Cancellation policy

3.1: A cancellation will only be effective when we receive written confirmation of the cancellation and have responded acknowledging the cancellation.

3.2: If you withdraw from the retreat 8 weeks or more before retreat's due date, Golden paradise Luxury Reatreats will keep the deposit of 25% of the retreat price paid by you. If you withdraw up to 4 weeks to your retreats due date, Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats will keep 75% of payment made. If you withdraw from the retreat 4 weeks or less before your retreat due date, Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats will keep 100% of payment made. Any refund awarded in respect to this clause will be processed within 45 working days from the claim. Refund option is not available for any retreat that is discounted. 

3.3: Any refunds processed will incur a 3% processing charge.

3.4: If you do not attend the retreat (no show), or guest decides to depart from the retreat earlier than scheduled, no refund will be given to guest by Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats.

3.5: Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats cannot accept liability for cancellations, delays or changes caused by force majeure reasons, natutal disasters, or any other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control. Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats advise that sufficient travel insurance is purchased to cover against all types of cancellation, health and/or travel disruption.

3.6: If the number of registered guests is not adequate to justify the cost of presenting the retreat prior to the scheduled start date, the scheduled retreat may be cancelled and rescheduled for a later date. All registered guests will be notified immediately of any retreat date cancellations/reschedules. If a retreat is cancelled by us, you will be given the option to reschedule for a future class date, or receive a refund.

3.7: If, where notice has not been given but we are unable to start or continue your scheduled retreat due to illness or unavoidable absence of our hosts, or for any other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will attempt to remedy the situation by either rescheduling the retreat for a future date or refunding the retreat fee.

3.8: If in the case there is a payment plan agreed between you and us, and you withdraw from the retreat without any notice, we reserve the rights to pursue the guest for any outstanding fee.

3.9: If guest fails to attend the retreat on the dates guest is scheduled to attend, the full fees are payable and non-refundable.

 

Services and Amendments

4.1: Any information on or about our services published by Golden Partadise Luxury Retreats for its literature & website, is designed for illustrative purposes.

4.2: If there is a major change, Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats shall notify the guest as soon as possible. Golden Paradise Luxury retreats will offer arrangements as close to the original as it is reasonably possible in the circumstances. If changes are made by the venue, Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats can not be held responsible for any such changes which are out of their control.

4.3: If guest chooses to not participate in any of the services provided by us, we have no obligation to provide an alternative activity or service and guest will not be entitled to a refund.

4.4: We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. If we do so, the updated version will be effective as soon as it is uploaded onto our website. The date of the last revision to these Terms and Conditions is provided at the end of the Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you visit this page each time you visit our website to ensure that you are aware of and are complying with any changes that we have made to these Terms and Conditions.

4.5: Golden Paradise Luxury retreats reserves the right to alter the content of the services at any time without notice to the client due to certain factors, including, but not limited to the weather, staff, & any physical fitness of the guests.

 

Health & Medical Conditions

5.1: All guests of Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats using retreats services should be aware that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. While making a booking with Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats, you agree to assume such risk and agree to release and discharge Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats from any and all claims for liability, injury, loss and/or damage arising from your participation in our services.

5.2: If you have any medical conditions that may make you unsuitable to participate or may impact on your participation in Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats activities, you are required to notify us of such conditions in full prior to making your booking.

5.3: If Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats instructors believe that your health or safety is at risk or if you fail to disclose to us any illness, injury or any other medical or health reason that could impact on your ability to participate in our activities, this could result in the refusal to allow you to participate in some or all activities. In such a situation, your contract may be terminated by Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats without a refund.

5.4: By booking Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats and accepting our terms and conditions, you certify that you are physically and mentally fit and have not been advised  by a qualified medical profesional to not participate in any activities arranged by Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats.

5.5: We strongly recommend that when choosing a comprehensive travel insurance, that the cover includes personal accident, cancellation insurance plus full Covid cover for all Covid related eventualities, and that it also includes cover for all of Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats' terms and conditions, including but not limited to those regarding amendment or cancellation charges, and that such insurance is purchased immediately upon making your retreat reservation with Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats.

5.6: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats, its directors, employees, teachers, and representatives, from all liabilities, claims, actions, demands and expenses, including without limitation legal and accounting fees, alleging, or resulting from your use of this website, attendance to our retreat (during, before and/or after), your breach of terms and conditions, your participation in the retreat and in any and all activities arranged by the retreat hosts and/or Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats. Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages which may arise from our performance under this agreement.

 

 

Media

​

6.1: Any photos/videos taken by Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats during the retreat are the property of Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats and may be used for promotional purposes. It's your responsibility to advise in writing/email if you do not want your photo/video taken and used in this way.

6.2: Feedback given to Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats by email or on a retreat feedback form may be used as promotional material on the Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats websites and/or Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats' social media. It's your responsibility to advise in writing/email if you do not want your feedback to be used publicly.

 

Intellectual Property

7.1: This website contains information, data, photos, graphics, and other materials protected by copyright, trademark, or other property rights. The content of this website cannot be reproduced, republished, distributed, or displayed in any manner without the express prior written consent of Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats. All content of this website (such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software) is exclusive property of Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats, and is, unless specifically stated otherwise, protected by copyright or similar ownership rights. It is published by, Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats, and may not be reproduced other than by downloading and viewing on a single computer and/or printing a single hard copy, for private purposes only. It is not to be otherwise reproduced, transmitted, made available on a network or used to create derivative works for commercial and/or non-commercial use without Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats' prior written consent.

7.2: All copyright, trademark and other proprietary rights notices presented on this website must appear on any copy you print.

7.3: Your use of and access to Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats' website does not grant you any license or right to use any of the marks included on our website.

7.4: All intellectual property rights with regards to these materials offered and available on this website are the property of Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats.

 

Conduct

8.1: Guests are expected to conduct themselves, at all times, in a manner which demonstrates respect for Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats' staff, fellow guests, members of the public and for the villa/property.

8.2: Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats has a strict no drugs policy. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave the retreat without recompense.

8.3: Breaches of these Terms and Conditions may lead to expulsion from the retreat booked by guest, with no refund given.

8.4: We reserve the right to expel any guests and terminate your retreat arrangements without recompense if we determine in our sole discretion that you have breached these terms and conditions. In such situations, Golden Paradise Luxury retreats will have no further liability to you and will not be responsible for meeting any expenses you incur as a result, also have no liability to make any refund or pay any compensation. In addition, you will be responsible for any expenses Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats incur as a result of your actions, such as but not limited to, the damage to the villa/property.

8.5: In the unlikely event that, during or after your stay at the retreat, you have a complaint about the retreat or any of Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats' employees, it must be reported immediately to a staff member of Golden Paradise Luxury Retreats, or sent to us via email so we can take reasonable steps to resolve the matter.
